What do our prices include:

  • Advice on the relevant rules and procedures to follow

  • List of documents tailored to your circumstances and in accordance with specified evidence as outlined in the immigration rules

  • Review of all documents to ensure they meet the strict requirements of the immigration rules

  • Completion of your application forms

  • Assistance in obtaining further evidence for your application including taking any witness statements in support of your application

  • Preparation of complete application pack, which includes legal representation, relevant application form and supporting specified documents

  • Submitting the application to the relevant Home Office, Passport Office, Tribunal, Court or Government Legal department

  • Corresponding with relevant department up until a decision is received

  • Advise in relation to the outcome of the application and future, if applicable

We adopt a collaborative approach to our work, which means that lawyers of varying experience, from paralegals to qualified solicitors, may work on your case at different times. We will make clear in our client engagement letter who is responsible for your file.

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa and you will pay this directly as part of the application process. You will be informed at the date of instruction the exact Government fees payable. 

The costs quoted do not include:

  • Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.

  • Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal

In all cases, we will take your instructions and get you the best quote before laying the charges to you.


Please find your application type from the following list for the associated fee we would expect to charge. Please note that final prices will depend on your particular circumstances, such as any complex immigration history, taking witness statements, income source for satisfying the financial requirements, amount of documents that we need to consider and whether you are applying with dependants.

The prices below are fixed fees based on common types of cases and are excluding VAT.

Visitor Visa

  • Visiting family in the United Kingdom £750

  • Student visitor: £850 - £1,500

Family Visa

  • Entry Clearance: £800 - £1,500

  • Extension in the UK £1,000 - £1500

  • Adult Dependent Relative: £2,000

  • EEA National Residence/Permanent Card Application: £850 - £1,500

Settlement / Nationality

  • Indefinite Leave to Remain: £850 - 1,500

  • British Citizenship: £800 - £1,500


  • Detained – Bail Applications £1,500 - £3,000

  • Appeals (except asylum, overstayer, deportation or revocation of citizenship): £1,500 - £3,000

For Administrative Reviews, Judicial Reviews, Appeals (as mentioned above), stateless and asylum applications, the fees will be fixed but depend on the complexity of the case.


Innovator Visa

  • Innovator Visa - set up or run a business in the UK: £2,500 - 5,000.00

Tier 2

  • Tier 2 - General Entry Clearance: £1,500 - 2,000

  • Tier 2 - Intra Company Transfer: £1,500 - £3,000

  • Tier 2 - Minister of Religion: £1,500 - £3,000

  • Tier 2 - Sportsperson: £2,500 - £3,000

Tier 4

  • Tier 4 - Student Visas: £850 - 2,500

Tier 5 and others

  • Tier 5 - Charity, Religious, Government Authorised, International Agreement: £1,000 - £3,000

  • Tier 5 - Creative and Sporting: £2,000 to £3,000

  • Representative of an Overseas Business: £3,500 - £15,000


  • Divorce & Separation: £800 - £1,200

  • Financial Disputes & Property Matters: £1,500 - £5,000

  • Child Arrangement Order: £2,500

  • Child Custody: £2,500

  • Non-Molestation & Residence Order: £2,500

The above prices are approximate figures and can vary depending on your needs and complexity of the case.


We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.


When we take your instructions we will estimate how long your application may take to prepare and submit. For example, a typical spouse entry clearance application can be prepared in 4-6 weeks, so long as you are able to provide supporting evidence promptly.

Please note the anticipated time and fees are estimates based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
